Your assignment:

Assist in coordinating project and training related matters with external organisations.
Take the floor! Captivate your audience in training sessions for disadvantaged communities.
Go the extra mile! Build rapport with individual participants by providing mentoring post-training.
Flaunt it! Record and report all results and findings of your training sessions in spreadsheets and graphs.

The gist of your job:

Promote and develop relationships with key Government and Corporate Funders in relation to community development and corporate social responsibility
Push and drive long term partnerships with key targeted clients through our highly impactful programmes
Have heart and passion in making a difference, transforming and impacting communities

Your assignment:

Strategize your approach – locate, identify and research upon various organisations that have corporate social responsibility and community development needs
Learn and work out specialized complex multi-million dollar sales process to gain commissions and results for yourself
Visualize what you would do with all the extra monies, depending on your own ambitions

Your profile:

Be authentic and passionate to work for a cause
Confident, sociable and persuasive when presenting ideas
Understand how to work strategically with large corporate and government agencies
Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs
Able to make rationale analysis on prospective clients and strategically fit their needs
Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics
Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Eloquent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Powerpoint especially
Must possess own transport
