  • Flaunt it! Record and report all results and findings of your training sessions in spreadsheets and graphs.

The gist of your job:

  • To accurately identify industry needs with respect to corporate social responsibility.
  • Establish initial correspondence with prospective clients; potentially leading to long-term partnerships.
  • Advocate and promote our various training products and services to our prospective clients.

Your assignment:

  • Locate, identify, and research upon the various organisations that have corporate social responsibility needs.
  • Get your foot in the door! Examine and identify the needs of clients; then customise proposal based on findings.
  • Treading on thin ice! Manage complex sales situations, avoiding obstacles that hinder you from making the sale.
  • Seal the deal! Provide follow-up consultation, then facilitate transition to the project implementation team.
  • Be proactive in updating self with current economic affairs.

  • Confident, sociable, persuasive when presenting ideas.
  • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines, achieving KPIs.
  • Quick-witted, even in the face of immense pressure.

The gist of your job:

  • Increase productivity of the upper management.
  • Supporting the Executive Director in ensuring organisational processes run smoothly.

Your assignment:

  • Assist Executive Director and contribute in project planning and development.
  • Be the first point of contact for various modes of communication.
  • Arrange appointments, corporate travel itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Accompany Executive Director in corporate events, meetings.
  • Initiated in ensuring the availability and accuracy of documents for meetings.
